Very introductory chemistry book often used by high school students taking AP Chemistry. It does not have too much detail but covers the necessary fundamentals of chemistry and provides both examples and problems for the eager student.

Aside from decent practice, Zumdahl does not offer much beyond somewhat winded explanations and should be replace with other introductory chemistry textbooks for learning purposes.
